Sund Sourcing view it as key for its customers to have contact with native speaking representatives based in local regional offices; at the same time all of Sund Sourcing’s core business functions are based in China. In this way overheads are kept to a minimum and we can provide a responsive local service.
Peter Nicander
Founder and Managing Director
Based in Sweden/Hong Kong/China.
Having lived and worked in the country for over 6 years Peter has a strong background in Chinese manufacturing. Peter speaks the local language and has developed long-term relationships with suppliers and employees alike. He now divides his time between Sweden and South China.
Peter has a Masters degree in Business & Commercial Law and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Linköping University
Ben Gregory
Managing Director – Sund Sourcing UK.
Based in London, England.
Ben worked in China as the Sales Director for a manufacturing company before starting the UK arm of Sund Sourcing. Now based in the UK, he keeps a very hands on approach to customer projects and regularly visits the Sund offices in China.
Ben is 32 years old and in addition to his manufacturing experiences in China has worked in the corporate environment for Siemens and Ford Motor Company. He has a BSc in Business from Aston University.
Robbin J Harris
North America Representative
Robbin has been living and working between Asia and North America for the last 10 years of his life. At the young age of 19 he began working in Taiwan for the Grand Hyatt chain of hotels; since then he has worked in the manufacturing and entertainment industries throughout Asia (Thailand, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan and Singapore).
From his long experience of working with business owners and manufacturers across the region, Robbin has built his livelihood on an ability to solve the communication and cultural issues regularly faced by western companies in Asia.
Per Berglund
Partner
Based in Stockholm, Sweden
Per has a strong background in the design field and is the Managing Director of Launch Design Partner, a company which takes innovative design products to market.
It was the increasing demand from independent designers to source production in China that first put Launch Design Partner in touch with Sund Sourcing. After a highly successful customer-supplier relationship between the two companies, Per has now taken the step of becoming a full partner in the Sund Sourcing business.
Per graduated in 2002 with a Masters of Science in Economics from Stockholm School of Economics.
Helene Östergren
Partner
Based in Linköping, Sweden
With a strong managerial background in Swedish business Helene moved to China to take up the position of Marketing Executive in a Chinese OEM-factory in Shenzhen, Guangdong. Helene has since worked with companies in Sweden helping to co-ordinate their supplier relationships with China.
Helene has a Bachelors degree in Political Science from Linköping University and is also the founder and Managing Director of “Trädesign Gärdet”, a high-end Swedish promotion gift distributor.
Kind Huang
Mechanical / Quality Engineer
Based in Shenzhen, China
Kind graduated 1995 from ChongQing University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Kind has a strong background working for large OEM companies such as Johnsson Electrics and has extensive experience as a product designer, engineering manager and project manager in a variety of manufacturing fields.
Kind speaks and writes fluent English.
Javis Zhang
Tooling Engineer
Based in Shenzhen, China
Javis holds a Bachelors Degree in Mould Design & Manufacturing from XingTan University.
Javis has extensive experience of designing and manufacturing moulds for both plastic injection moulding and aluminium die-casting. Having worked for large OEM-companies such as Foxconn, Flextronics and Honeywell, Javis has developed an expertise in designing tools to be used for export to Europe or North America and for local manufacturers in China.

Sally Lau

Based in Shenzhen, China
Sally graduated from ZhongShan Language school and studied Business English as her major.
Before joining Sund Sourcing Sally worked as the Marketing manager at a large water pump manufacturer in Guangdong province

Andy Deng
Project Engineer
Based in Shenzhen, China
Andy has a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Hubei University.
Andy left a position as Project Engineer at Black & Decker in Shenzhen to join Sund Sourcing. Andy has broad experience from development and production of plastic and metal parts. Andy is fully literate in AutoCAD and ProE.
Andy speaks and writes good English.

Tom holds a Bachelors Degree from GanNan Teachers College in Jiangxi Province
Tom has worked in the sales department for various export manufacturing companies around Shenzhen and has a strong background in dealing with overseas customers.
