The die casting capacity in our supplier networks ranges from 100 to 1,650 tonne machines. Tools can be manufactured up to a size of 2 metres by 2 metres.

Tooling

For tooling manufacture we always select the supplier most skilled to match a specific requirement. This can be via the in-house capabilities of the factory to be used for mass production, or can be in partnership with one of our specialist toolmakers.

Sand Casting

Sand casting offers a smaller investment cost in terms of initial tooling, but conversely requires a higher per unit parts price compared to die-casting.

Sand casting is a suitable process for parts with tough requirements on wear and tear, but without any critical cosmetic requirements. It is also a process which tends to be extremely cost efficient in China. For further details contact us directly.
