Sund Sourcing has a long standing business partnership with a plastic injection moulding factory in ShenZhen, and with 12 machines ranging between 80-250 tonnes we manufacture the vast majority of our customer’s parts in-house.

 

Supplier Network Resources

In addition to our own in-house capabilities Sund has a close relationship with a network of reliable regional suppliers. These long-term relationships give us access to a wide range of capabilities, including:

  • Plastic Injection Moulding up to 650 tonnes.
  • Tool Manufacture (up to a size of 2metres by 2metres).
  • False Double Injection (2 separate tools)
  • Established network of European based plastic injection moulding consultants and material compounders.
